The Girls star, 34, shimmered in a sleeveless silver dress that showed off her toned arms, which she teamed with a pair of classy black pumps.
It was the first red carpet outing for the couple since announcing their engagement in December, one year after quietly welcoming a son.

Allison and Alexander have reportedly been dating since the end of 2019, after meeting working on the 2020 film Horizon Line, a source told People.

Williams must take down her own AI creation in the upcoming Blumhouse horror film, M3GAN.
Fans got another look at the sinister doll, whose built to resemble a little girl, in a new trailer that dropped last month.
In M3GAN, Williams stars as robotics engineer Gemma, who gains custody of her niece Katie, played by Violet McGraw.

Gemma attempts to lighten Katie’s spirits by introducing her to an AI prototype called ‘Model 3 Generative’ or M3GAN.
The doll is meant to ‘protect Katie from harm both physical and emotional’ but things take a dark turn.
M3GAN is directed by Gerard Johnstone and stars Amie Donald, Williams, Kimberly Cross and Ronny Chieng.
M3GAN is set for a wide release in the United States on January 6.
