You can apply for certification exam whenever you are prepared for the exam. If you opt for a self-study (without the training) , you need to purchase the study material on your own.

After your application is received, in 7-10 business days you will receive an approval notification via email or a request for additional information. ASQ certification examinations are delivered by ASQ’s testing partner, Prometric. The examination scheduling instructions are given in your eligibility letter, that you will receive after your application is approved. You will be directed to a section of Prometric’s website, where you can select and schedule your examination date and location either at a Prometric Centre or to take the exam through Remote Proctoring from home or office.
