Auction items typically ship within ten (10) days of the close of the auction.

Please note that until we can speed up the process, the handling time is 10 business days, which means delivery of your won items could take up to 15-18 business days. This timeframe includes our team inspection of your order before shipping to you.

• US & EU Buyers: Free standard shipping.
• Canadian Buyers: Flat fee of $35 USD per box.
• Buyers outside of US, EU & Canada: Shipping is not included. Note that you will be fully responsible for all import taxes, customs, and duties your order may incur from the US to your location.

Returns

LePrix Wholesale Auction items may be accepted for Wholesale Credit less a 10% restocking fee when deemed eligible for the Exchange Program. LePrix reserves the right to deny Exchange Program privileges based on excessive requests or if an account is not in good standing.
