Coco Chanel was a French fashion designer and businesswoman who was considered the most revolutionary stylist of the 1900s. Her simple yet sophisticated design inspired women to abandon the complicated, uncomfortable clothes, such as the “corseted silhouette” that was ruling beforehand.
