7 best vintage shops for designer fashion and bags in Tokyo

Vintage Qoo offers two floors of luxurious retail therapy. It may not be cheap, but this store has one of the best selections we’ve ever seen – you’ll find antique cabinets stocked with handbags and accessories from the likes of Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Celine and Saint Laurent.

There are roughly 2,000 products for sale with a focus on clothing and accessories from the 1990s to the mid-2000s. Unlike other stores that rotate their merchandise seasonally, Qoo has items for all seasons to provide variety for customers travelling from around the globe.

As Chanel is one of the most coveted brands, the store has an entire corner of the store dedicated to the French fashion house, including plenty of clothing. There’s also a men’s corner with more masculine handbags and a rack of clothing including jackets and polo shirts.

Looking for watches? Head up to the second floor to find display cases full of beautiful timepieces from Rolex, Gucci and Chanel. The second floor also has a collection of rare handbags from Chanel and Hermès.

Vintage Qoo offers tax-free shopping for those visiting on holiday from overseas, so be sure to bring your passport along. We also recommend visiting before 2pm to avoid the most crowded times.
