A Quality World Map

A Quality World Map, or AQWM, is a customizable UI retexture/remodel mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim created by IcePenguin. AQWM makes the in-game map more detailed by adding more textures and meshes to the map and the roads and trails of Skyrim in greater detail.

A Quality World Map does as the name implies: it gives Skyrim and Solstheim much better looking world maps through the use of new meshes and textures as well as adding roads and trails to the map for the player to see.

As of 2012, there is a Classical Map available as Version #9 of A Quality World Map (Work in progress).

As AQWM has an installer, there is no MCM menu. The options available to the player in the installer are a clear version of the map (no clouds), the roads that appeared on the map, and the Classical Map.

Available at the Nexus mod page are several .ini tweaks.
