Adjectives of quality in English | coLanguage

Quality adjectives definition

Quality adjectives are used to provide supplementary information about a noun or a subject. They are placed right before the noun they are helping to describe with the exception when the verb ‘to be’ is used. They can be positive and negative ones.

As they qualify a noun the list of adjectives in this category is very extensive, thus we will present you only the most commonly used ones.
