As you have all witnessed “OUR HIGH VOLUME OF SUPPLIES” there are also rare instances that a product may have been incorrectly manufactured and if in any case that some “Testers” are with PROVEN “Factory Defect” such as:

1. Leakage
2. Scent Longevity
3. Chemical reaction to factors like HEAT, HUMAN ACIDITY and PROPER STORAGE that may change the quality of the scent.

A wide range of circumstances can render a product defective. The product may have a design defect, resulting from the product having been averagely designed or tested. Feel free to have it replaced in 24/48 hours to strengthen our: “AFTERSALES SERVICE CAMPAIGN”

MUST READ
– Resellers are advised to sell the perfumes from Php 1,000-1,400 only. We will not entertain returns/replacements if there will be PACKAGING ISSUES most especially if the reseller is selling the perfume from Php 1,401 up.
– If client is meticulous with the packaging, we refer them to mall stock instead.
– This is to strengthen our “SCENT and LONGEVITY WISE” campaign.

FACTORY DEFECT:
– Within 24-48 hours upon receipt of client, please ensure returned item complete with the “BOX” – Bottle/s with more than 3-5% reduced content is not eligible for replacement.
– Screenshot of Waybill – to verify time of arrival to designated address as proof of 24-48 hours time frame basis.
– Kindly allow us 1-2 days lead time in sending the replacement bottle right after we receive your sent bottle for dispute.
– Kindly send actual and clear pics of item subject for dispute via FB Messenger, Insta DM or Viber.
– If complaint is proven invalid, we will return the item to the shipper and he/she will pay corresponding fees.
