“This store has the BEST customer Service! After coming out of the WORST Gucci Store Pretty Woman Moment I have ever had- Burberry made it all better! We came in and were greeted warmly by a male associate and a female associate- I stated what I was looking for and she brought out some lovely options for me-They let me test dive all the bags and let me put some things in the bag as it was going to be my computer tote and walk around the store- they both got to know me and my friend, they offered us some beverages and we just laughed and has a fun time- What a great no-pressure shopping experience where I got a beautiful bag- and since I was over-packed they shipped it to me and I received it about 2 days after I arrived home… Thanks Burberry The Beverly Center”
