Husband had a t shirt bought for him for xmas we took back to Harbour Town, SA as it was a size too small they said they could not just exchange as we were not members and did not have a receipt. Labels and Tags were still on garment and I said we just need the Large instead of the medium but they would not budge. So we left.

time did we ask for refund or gift voucher. The shop is 40k round trip for us, which we did twice without any satisfaction.
We went back again today and yet again the sales assistant was no help because he could not look up us on his computer because we were not members so I asked for the Manager she was no help she said we needed, receipt, gift with purchase voucher or copy of the bank transaction to be able to swap the size over. Well of course we had none of those and I explained yet again it had been a Xmas gift but she would not budge. Left the store with a completely useless T shirt that had been given in kindness.
What terrible Customer Service Calvein Klein – whatever happened to a straight exchange no questions asked on xmas gifts. Very poor if this is your policy across the board you should be ashamed.
