This is my go-to sports bra for workout and for leisure. I change into as soon as I get home from work. For exercise, I find it suitable for strenuous yoga, gym workout, running, and hiking. I’m small up top so compression support isn’t necessary. The fabric is soft, supportive, and cozy. The cut is very comfortable for all sorts of movement. Keep in mind, it’s made of a single layer of cotton, modal, and stretch so if you’re concerned about exposure, you might consider something else.
