This Unexpected Floral Fragrance will surprise you with its constant changes. The original olfactory composition is illustrated by a moving constellation of scents.  Launched by the design house of Chanel in 2002, Chanel Chance is a Women’s fragrance that possesses a blend of a refined blend of jasmine and citrus. It is recommended for daytime wear. The perfume was created by Jacques Polge in 2002.  Chance in French means “luck.”

• Chance Eau Tendre (Pink)

About the Perfume:

Renowned perfumer Roja Dove Describes the perfume as- The freshness of Hyacinth and Citrus Notes make a perfect foil for the sweetness of Jasmine and the rich harmony of Patchouli, Vetiver, and Musk found in the base.

I am not very good at identifying perfume notes, but I find this perfume primarily a floral one with a hint of jasmine, citrus and musk. On the first whiff (i.e., the top note), it carries some patchouli while it dries down to the fragrance of jasmine.

This is a sophisticated, strong, crisp , classy fragrance which I prefer for my formal occasions. I believe it’s a very feminine one and ladies in their late twenties or 25+ would prefer it. It is not a girly/flirty fragrance at all.

I bought this around two years back and this has been my most-used fragrance since then, as this perfume is the perfume that gets me the most compliments of any perfume I’ve ever worn (as you can see, I have almost finished this up :D).

Back then, I had received two vials, one of this perfume and other of its rather famous counterpart, CHANEL No. 5 and I opted for this Chance over Chanel No. 5.

The perfume has good staying power, which even stays in the clothes for long.

The Perfume comes in a round bottle with silver/steel finish band around it and a transparent cap. I read that it’s the first round bottle from Chanel as their perfumes always come in rectangular bottles. Also, the bottle is very sleek and I love to carry this around on my travel.

Overall, I like this perfume a lot and this is one of my favourite too 🙂
