Chanel Couture Spring 2017: See the Pics | Teen Vogue
Few shows can compare to Chanel Couture, which debuted the Spring 2017 season in Paris on Tuesday morning. With Karl Lagerfeld at the helm, the collection certainly did not disappoint: Coco would be proud. On a mirrored set, the looks were a mix of suiting and ball gowns, in metallic silvers, pale greens, and varying tones of pink and blue.
There was tulle, there was sparkle, and — of course — feathers. It was as if Karl transported all of us to the most chic disco, a mix of 1980s opulence and silhouettes that evoked memories of decades well before that. Sprinkled among the after-hours looks were tweed suiting, retro hats, and classic white heels.
Muse to the brand Lily-Rose Depp, walked in an ultra feminine layered silk gown in pale pink, standing alongside Karl for his own walk down the runway at the show’s conclusion. See her gorgeous show-stopping look and more here, including runway appearances from Kendall and Bella.
