The formula is supposed to have “ultra-intense, ultra-matte, longwearing lip colour” that “fuses” for “lightweight” and “comfortable coverage.” The coverage was more semi-opaque than “ultra-intense,” but the finish was flat, matte after the product dried down. A second layer could be applied for more pigmentation (once the initial layer set).
The initial texture was thin, more watery and fluid than I expected, and it almost seemed more like a blotted effect after it dried down. The product had marginally more stretch and flexibility to it after dry down, so it was more comfortable to wear and felt very lightweight on. I would recommend exfoliating prior to applying this formula to ensure a smoother application.
