Does Anyone Use Bilstein B6 Shocks with Stock Springs?

I’ve had a hard time finding a solid review of B6 shocks on stock springs for our car. (Mine is a ’17 mk3.5)

Unlike most, I have no interest in lowering my car. In fact, on some models I’ve read the B6 sits even higher than stock which I would gladly welcome as I would ultimately like to use the car for rally-x.
Other forums have claimed O’Neal Rally School once used this combination on their cars.

I came across one review here where a member felt this combination was a big mistake on their car.
Since suspensions rely so much on driver preference, I’d appreciate anyone else’s input who runs this combination.
