Prints are wrapped in tissue paper and placed into sturdy card tubes designed for world travel.
Similarly, our framed pictures are protected with bubble wrap and placed in sturdy flat boxes.

Non-Custom prints leave our studio in 1-3 working days.
Customized prints may take longer depending on the work involved – we will always keep you informed of events.

UK Deliveries
• All deliveries are sent by 1st class mail.
• A Next Day service is available if opted for at checkout.
• 1st Class deliveries take 1-2 days to arrive under normal circumstances.

US and Worldwide Deliveries
• All deliveries are sent with standard international tracking.
• Expedited shipping is catered for if purchased at checkout.
• Deliveries take 3-10 days to arrive under normal circumstances.
• We prepare all prints with the relevant customs information completed.
On occasion, prints are held up in customs, or become a victim of country or global events.

Everything we produce is made specially to customers’ orders by our fulfillment partners and therefore cannot be returned.

Our fulfillment partner prints in 33 different countries allowing us to find the most economical and speedy way to send your order to wherever you may be in the world.

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered then please contact us. Please take a picture of any damage to the packaging or the incorrect item that has been sent. We will then send you a replacement free of charge and hassle free.

If you decide that you do not want your order then we can offer a partial refund. We will refund you everything apart from our fulfillment partner’s printing and postage costs. Once a refund has been agreed you will be required to destroy the item and send a picture to prove this.

Please be aware that we receive extremely few requests for returns. Most of our customers are very happy with their prints.
