Change but modern
I love this scent because it still has the feeling of CHANEL fragrance(traditional/heavy) but it’s a cleaner scent. When I think of traditional fragrance I think deeper scents like patchouli or Amber but this somehow feels like it has a traditional strength and heft without being to warm or to adelhydic. It’s like they removed the grandma from a grandma perfume. It’s what I’d imagine on the super chic mature woman at the club.
Smell Good but does not last
The fragrance is beautiful. The opening can come off strong but the dry down is sweet and lovely.
This is a skin fragrance that can also be sprayed on your clothes. It is very floral. If you like soft white floral scents then this is the one for you. I can see this as a cool spring/fall/winter scent. Although it is not a warm floral the base notes provides depth to the fragrance so It can be worn all year long. To me this is a more sophisticated, elegant and refined version of Perry Ellis 360. It’s not too young and not too mature. I see a 20/30-somethings wearing this perfume.

sprayed chanel Gabrielle tester on and it smelled good and strong so immediately purchased a bottle, however upon getting home about 20 minutes later I could barely smell a thing. It’s a definite no for me as it’s way too expensive to perform poor

This is my go to perfume! Prewarning… if you don’t like that “old lady smell” this probably isn’t for you! But I love the light but sophisticated smell the Gabrielle line has! Incredible and couldn’t recommend more!

I wanted to love this Chanel creation, and I do really like the smell. I think it’s a fun option if you want to smell professional and sophisticated. It does not last on me at ALL however. I get compliments on my YSL and my Chloe but have never ever been stopped for this scent. Sadly it just fades away as soon as it leaves the bottle.
