Jar is a Helm in Elden Ring. Jar is a unique piece of armor that is awarded to the player by Iron Fist Alexander. Jar protect the player’s head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.

The Jar Helm can be found at:
- Given to the player by Iron Fist Alexander. Follow his questline until you find him in Mt. Gelmir near Seethewater Terminus. [Map Link] Completing his dialogue here will award the player with the Jar. [Map Link]
Jar Set in Elden Ring
- Jar is a helm piece by itself with no additional armor pieces.
- The Dolls of Seluvis wear this helm, along with nothing else.
- The famous player, Let Me Solo Her, wears an outfit identical to The Dolls of Seluvis. This is likely a coincidence, as he wears the Jar to pay his respects to Alexander himself.
