Pigmented, Easy application, Precise
I was looking for a dip style eyeliner that actually lasted all day and I’ve finally found the one! I usually go for the liquid brush tip type (Too Faced liquid eyeliner-love that one!), but there’s something about the application of a dip style that just feels right and gives you control of how much product you want on the applicator. Once this sets, the finish reminds me of what the KVD Tattoo liner used to be like before they went and messed up my (used to be) favorite eyeliner. This one is definitely pricey, but if you’re someone who LOVES eyeliner like I do, you’ll understand the feeling of finding the one eyeliner you actually want to stick with feels so satisfying and right < 3
Not worth the money
This is a nice eyeliner. It’s fine. Nothing so special. I actually prefer nyx or wet n wild liquid eyeliner over this

I adore Chanel liquid eyeliners! I have the noir one and another shade…more like a purple. I got that straight from Chanel’s website. These glide on and don’t budge. Nice feather brush…easy to control and remove. Stays put over primer and eyeshadow!!
Kate Von D is probably even better

I bought it because sales person kept insisting it’s the best eye liner out there, but if you have lots of things to compare, you would see it’s not better. It’s definitely decent, but nothing to write home about.
great, but would prefer a marker style

As others have mentioned, this is a “dip” style liquid eyeliner and if you’ve only used “marker” style liquid eyeliner it does take some getting used to. Aside from that, the formula is good and does NOT budge. I bought the color Rouge Noir and it is GORGEOUS. Great for those who want a little flair but not something outlandish. NOTE: THE ROUGE NOIR LIQUID AND ROUGE NOIR KOHL ARE NOT THE SAME COLOR: the liquid reads a very deep burgundy, while the kohl reads eggplant.

Everyone who wears makeup has that one item that they need to put on to feel ready to concur the day. Mind is eyeliner. This is the best I’ve used. It goes on perfectly. It doesn’t rub off or flake all day. Black lined perfection.
