Life and Living TV is an optional television channel to tune in to during the zombie apocalypse. Watched regularly for the first week, a survivor can gain significant amounts of experience in cooking and carpentry as well as a good start on fishing, farming, foraging and trapping.

   By default, the start hour is 9AM, which means this show ends too early for a player to watch it. It can be watched by changing the start hour in the sandbox options to 2AM or 5AM.
