Started my new journey with the ordinary products only 4 days ago!! I am so happy with the results so far! I suffer with acne/spots on my chin on and off and have acne scar which make it look worse too! I now use squalane cleanser, niacinamide 10% +zinc 1%, buffet and natural moisturising factors +HA. I am so happy with my results so far!

Will not buy this anymore

I have not tried this since the name change since I didn’t know until today that this is supposedly the same formula. One of the main things I liked about TO is the affordability. A $7 increase is a lot to ask. I will just do without.

Terrible allergy/swollen face… be careful!

I got one bottle of this product a couple of months ago, it was ok-ish until it wasn’t :-/
On my second bottle first usage I got a terrible allergy reaction, my face got tight, swollen to a point of looking like I had a thick mask over my face and neck, my skin got rough like a block of brick, complete disaster, palpitations, to a point where I had to be taken to the clinic, just horror, I had to be injected with steroids, and be out on treatment. To that point I did not know what had caused all that, until yesterday when, I slowly tried to get back into my nightly routine, so I put a little of this product, with a light mooisturizer that I’ve been wearing for a long time, and boom! This morning I’m back to a swollen face and neck, just horrible! I didn’t want to believe the rumors because I was a big fan of this brand, but after all the medical bills and this horrible experience, I rather paying a bit more and moving to a more responsible, better quality, customer focused brand. Thus is just awful stuff.
Just not worth all the risks and medicak visits, just to save a couple bucks, for this company not to even make a quality product and not mess up your face like that, be aware ladies& gentleman, just not worth it. Very dissapointed on this brand 🙁

I love that this uses a variety of different peptides. Also the hyaluronic acid does really regulate my oily areas. I also love that there is a 60ml option.

Love this product but I do have a question can I use retinol with this ? Because I know I can’t use it with the copper one.

I bought this after I ran out of my Arbonne serum, which is way more expensive than this one. I had already tried a couple of Ordinary products and liked them, so I decided to give it a try. I really didn’t like it at first. The gelatinous texture was not what I had expected and was like nothing I had used before. For the first few days, it felt like it stayed on top of my skin. But I kept using it, and after about a week I had gotten used to it and figured out how to tap it into my skin. Now I love it. My skin honestly feels and looks incredible, almost as if it’s erased the 3 years of rapid aging the Covid era caused. This is one top-shelf product!
