In our recruitment process, all qualified staff are screened thoroughly and is expected to have at least one year work experience post registration accompanied by excellent references before they can be considered. All untrained employee wishing to join our company will be rigorously trained by our experience trainers ; and will be given a weeks trial (voluntarily) at a chosen site. Upon successful demonstration of the quality we aim to provide, they will be given a permanent or temporary contract with a probationary period. So, you can see, we don’t only talk quality, we guarantee quality.
