    Increases or Decreases in the Quantity of Work : The contractor is not entitled to adjustments of the unit price if the total bid item quantity exceeds 125 percent shown on the bid item list.

    Quantity of Work to be executedThe quantities shown in the schedule of quantities are intented to cover the entire new structure indicated in the drawings but the Employer reserves the right to execute only apart or the whole or any excess to be more than 25%.

    Quantity of Work – The extent to which the employee produces an amount of acceptable work in order to meet schedules over which he/she has control.

    Invoices or Applications for Payment based on Unit Price compensation shall include the following additional information: • Description of the Work items provided;• Unit Prices and Units of Measure from Exhibit C for the Work items;• Quantity of Work provided based on the Units of Measure during the pay period;• Extended price for each item during the pay period;• Total Price, which is the sum of Extended Prices, due for the pay period; and• Amount of retainage to be withheld by Thornton, if applicable.

    The evaluation is intended to convey the supervisor’s opinion of the employee’s performance in relation to the job standards and expectations for the employee’s position, including Quality of Work, Quantity of Work , Job Knowledge, Working Relationships, and Work Related Optional Factor(s).

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Programme of Work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Manufacturing site means a location that produces, prepares, propagates, or compounds manufactured medical cannabis or medical cannabis products, directly or indirectly, by extraction methods, independently by means of chemical synthesis, or by a combination of extraction and chemical synthesis, and is owned and operated by a licensee for these activities.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Technical Specifications means the technical specifications set forth in Schedule 1 to the Agreement and to which, the STBs, CAS and SMS must comply with.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any “Contract” (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Development Work means, with respect to a Project, the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) as set out in the Project Commitment, (i) in connection with the development of the Land into Finished Lots upon which construction of Homes may commence, all of which work and construction will be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but will not include the Homes, and/or (ii) the construction of amenities (including, without limitation, club houses and equipment structures) on Golf Parcels.
