Daniel Otto Klein, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

We have been requested to stand in Honor of U.S. Air Force Veteran Daniel Otto Klein of South Dayton, NY, who passed away on May 29th. Mr. Klein served 4 years Active Duty from 1968-1972, including 12 months in Vietnam. His Air Force Specialty Code was 46150 – Munitions Maintenance Specialist, and he was assigned to the 57th Munitions Maintenance Squadron of the Tactical Air Command. Mr. Klein was Honorably Discharged on 15 February 1972 with the rank of Sergeant (E-4.) For his Service to our Nation, Sgt. Klein was awarded: Air Force Good Conduct Medal; National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal; Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. Mr. Klein was a Life Member of the Vietnam Veterans of America.
