Reddit – Dive into anything

We have some challenges with Cisco Jabber on our workstations throughout the company. We find that the sound chops once in a while. We have Skype for Business all over the company and they have no problems like that.

We have tried desktop/laptops, with/without docking station, with/without antivirus, Windows 7/Windows 10 computers. None of that helps and the troubleshooting does not get any easier for us to have users who are not affected by the problem one day and the next day they are affected by it again. If we use physical phones there are no problems.

Have you guys experienced anything like this? or have an idea for troubleshooting? Our Cisco supplier has no idea for it.
