Reddit – Dive into anything

Hi guys, I’m an IE who just finished collage and I started working in a company that produce wine capsules. The company does the complete process from aluminium and PVC painting to the actual making of the capsules. I’m in the quality department of the company. In collage I used a book I didn’t enjoy in the subject quality management, so I’m turning to you guys so you recommend me a good book on the subject, because I would like to really get in on it. I’m planning on reading a bunch of books about quality control and statistics. So if you know a good book about this please leave me a comment.

I just started reading introduction to statistical quality control from Montgomery. If you know this book please tell me what do think of it.

PD: the main problems of quality in the company are in the painting department.
