Reddit – Dive into anything
So I’m back as promised with a review comparison. You can follow along by checking the images as I go through the post describing them.
Pictures 1-4:
Geniune is on the right. You can see the text is smaller and more defined, the material is an eggshell type of cardboard. The… ridges? Are well defined and can be seen clearly on the geniune, Balenciaga text is bit raised and shiny. Gen box is taller too. Overall I give Pirit a 6.5/10 on the box (for effort, mostly), but it’s just a box so who gives a fuck?
Picture 5:
Dustbag from pirit seems thinner and less rigid (like your dick after that 1:1 succ). Gen is more asperous and fiberlike o the touch. 7/10
Pictures 6-8:
Text is slightly smaller on the real one by like not even millimeters. Also the needlepoint seems to be tighter and fuller. In all honesty, I can’t even tell from afar but I’m getting very specific here.
Picture 9:
This is how you can tell a fake from a real one on someone’s head. The real one has a bigger metal loop and it’s flat-ish. Pirit has a completely round one.
Pictures 10-14:
Pictures of the inside tags on the real one are short and held by 2 and 4 point stitches as can be seen. Pirit’s label is too thick.
Pictures 15-16:
Gen has a completely silver B button where Replica has a Dark B on it.
Pictures 17-18:
Comparison between the cutoff of the text. Top is gen and bottom rep. You can see the C is cut more towards the middle on the real.
Bottom line is: don’t spend 400+ on a real one. You can hear the monotony in my writing because it’s not as cool or interesting as I had thought it was gonna be. To each their own though.
