I love the Chanel jacket, or at least a Chanel style tweed jacket look. But many do not. From what I can tell, the Chanel jacket is either loved or loathed, and nothing in between. Just so we’re clear, and for a short history lesson, this is the Chanel Jacket, and this is how their tweed fabric is made, and here too. While we’ve seen many artists wearing Chanel jackets, or outfits inspired by them, we don’t see enough artists dancing in them, but when they do, they look so stylish.

These outfits are stylish, cohesive and beautifully made. The tweed jackets in both clips are all different and suit each member very well. It’s so nice to see some tweed cut on the diagonal too. The vintage look jewellery, imaginative use of pearls on their outfits, accessories, and jewellery, and the gorgeous Chanel pins elevate these looks so we can easily appreciate the influence of the Chanel jacket.

VICTON What I Said liveVICTON’s comeback featured so many tweed jackets. There’s so much variety here, and a handsome mix of looks too.

ONF Beautiful Beautiful live ONF are rocking the classic tweed jacket, white shirt and jeans look.

ONF The Realist live Knowing how good they look in tweed, ONF swap into dark colours for this dreamy track.

ASTRO All Night live ASTRO look chic and graceful as they perform in these tweed jackets. This look was a wonderful match for this song so we also saw them in white and black too.

SEVENTEEN Hitorijani live I’ll just say this first, look at Wonwoo’s pants, now stop. Some of this styling is quite busy and doesn’t quite gel because there are not enough elements that link these outfits together, but the tweed jackets on Jeonghan, Woozi, Vernon and Dino look lovely. And the lilac lining on Dino’s jacket is so pretty.

CIX Young live CIX are looking good sporting this popular look.

SUPER JUNIOR Black Suit live SUJU look handsome in these tweed jackets with added sparkle.

SUPER JUNIOR One More Time live SUJU are showing us the versatility of tweed here, but it is Eunhyuk who stands out the in that gorgeous red jacket.

AB6IX Blind For Love live AB6IX had many elegant jackets, partnered with some intricate choreography for this comeback.

AB6IX Heaven live More like grooving on the spot, AB6IX support another classic look for this pretty song.

WEI Twilight live WEI have opted for the same tweed look jacket in differing lengths here, with shirts and ties that vary. Interestingly, unlike many others in this post, they have not used embellishments on their jackets nor worn much jewellery.

ATEEZ Eternal Sunshine live Jongho wears a vintage style tweed look jacket here, and you can see the influence of tweed in the styling of the other looks too.

TREASURE My Treasure live I like this song and its fun choreography, and this styling shows that the casual tweed jacket look suits all ages and is an alternative to other more popular casual jackets. Mashiho, Asahi and Jaehyuk look wonderful here.

BTS Boy With Luv & Mikrokosmos live V wears a stunning red Chanel jacket for this performance.

BTS Mikrokosmos live Jimin wears a gorgeous Chanel jacket here, and although we don’t see much of it, J-Hope wears a pretty lavender Chanel jacket too.
