Samsung Galaxy A50s Camera quality is very poor.. … – Samsung Members

Dear Samsung Support Team,

 

I have purchased the Samsung A50s in last week. As you said, the camera quality is really poor. I didn’t expect the quality like this, that too having 48MP as a main camera and the 32MP front camera the picture/image is so bad. Initially i thought the details are missing when clicked in low light but when used in the day light also it’s the same and i am really disappointed.

I already followed with below steps provided by Samsung customer support team but still not resolved. Please let me know if any other solution available as i am not be able to use my new phone.
