Shipping Methods

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on calvinklein.ca and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Express service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Express, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States where our warehouse is located.

All orders placed on calvinklein.ca are shipped from our U.S. based Groveport, Ohio facility. This is a normal and expected stop while your package is in transit to Canada. Once your order arrives in Canada and is received by Purolator, please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
