Rounding out the last set of awards for this quarter, Comparably published the best departments at various companies, such as those with the best product and design teams.

To find the best of the best in this department, Comparably used employee ratings of those who work specifically in product and design. Ratings were anonymous and were collected over a 12-month period, starting from the end of March 2020. The questions asked covered about 20 different metrics about the workplace, including perks and benefits and work-life balance.

The top workplaces with the best product and design departments ranged in the type of industry that they fall into. This includes Credit Karma in fintech and Jam City in mobile gaming.
