About The Alexander Ballroom LLC
The Alexander Ballroom was founded in 2021. We approached the city of Mesquite to establish one of the first venues to apply for a conditional use permit, even after learning that our chances of approval were very minimal. Not only were we blessed to get the city council’s approval for our venue, but also allow us to host events until 2 a.m. and have a maximum capacity of up to 500 people.
In the beginning we started by doing family parties and decor, photography, choreography, invitations, event coordinator, etc. We have been staging decorating events for over ten years now and many of our clients would tell us that we had a unique talent. All we needed was a space to provide the various services that an event would entail.
Our extensive background is quinceañera, however we want to expand that talent amongst different traditions. Our vision included a better venue in order to work with different cultures and diversities. As a result, we decided to become an all-inclusive venue ranging from small intimate events to large corporate events, including everything in between.
This location was chosen after an extensive search of various venues whose seating capacity was over 350 guests. In addition, we want to give the residents of Mesquite and its surrounding areas an option near their home to avoid driving long distances. Being located in close proximity to Garland, Dallas, and Sunnyvale we are but a short drive to a broad diverse demographic in hopes of bringing more business into the city of Mesquite.
In addition, we network with different vendors in order to connect our guests with the correct people. Thus, assuring that the variety of packages offered will fit every individual’s needs, wants and desires. The Alexander Ballroom has it all, some of the events we plan to host are school functions, baptisms, corporate events, quinceanera, wedding, bar mitzvah, and many more special events.
Furthermore, dance classes will be offered during the weekdays to introduce the different dance styles in our Latin and American culture. This will give us the opportunity to connect and build strong relationships amongst our community. Our venue will also enable us to use our space to host events to raise money for different nonprofit organizations.
In conclusion, we strive to work with our guests in relieving the planning stress that comes with their events. We are driven by our experience and detail-oriented mind set. All this while focusing on providing a safe and secure environment for all guests.
