Tia’m My Signature Red C Serum Review

I recently tried out the brand Tia’m and ended up really liking their B3 serum. Ever since I have been itching to try another product from Tia’m.  Since I like to try out vitamin c serums,  I decided to try out Tia’m  Signature Red C Serum. In this post, I will review their Signature Red C Serum and tell you what I thought of it.

What does it do?

    • Clear dark spots and hyperpigmentation
    • Reduce skin damage from sun exposure
    • Helps even out skin tone and texture
    • Speed up the skin’s healing process

Review: What I Thought of Tia’m My Signature Red C Serum

Unlike other vitamin c serums which typically range from yellow to orange, Tia’m My Signature Red C Serum ($13) was a bit different. This particular vitamin c serum was red. It absorbs quickly into the skin and doesn’t leave any sticky residue.

However… it has a particular smell. I’m not gonna lie. It smells like a can of tuna. The smell doesn’t linger. So, as long as you get past the 10 seconds while applying the serum it should be okay.

As for the effectiveness, I find that it is quite effective. I find that when I apply this at night, I wake up with brighter and even skin. I can’t say how effective it is for getting rid of hyperpigmentation but I think I see some of my spots slowly lighter. I have very high hopes for this serum.

Beware though! Although it is effective, I also find it super irritating as well. If you have super sensitive and irritated skin you might want to only use this one every other day.

What Is The Difference Between Pure Vitamin C VS My signature Red C Serum?

Although they come in pretty similar packaging, they are very different products. The Tia’m Red C Serum contains vitamin c, vitamin b12, and glutathione. It also contains stabilized vitamin c, meaning it will be effective for longer.

The main difference between the two is that the Red C Serum is for acne-prone skin. The Red C Serum can help with stubborn dark spots while the normal vitamin c serum is for overall brighter skin tone.

Conclusion

Tia’m Signature Red C Serum is a serum worth checking out. I prefer the Red C Serum way more than their regular vitamin c serum. I find the red serum more effective and more stable than the regular vitamin c serum. However, I would still caution buying it if you have sensitive or irritated skin. I would definitely buy this again!
