“I love Chanel, but the sales associate that was helping me did not give the high quality customer service I’m used to having. It wasn’t horrible, but it definitely felt like he was annoyed whenever I asked him questions about the items. Also, I advise that you do your own research before coming to Chanel. For example, the sales associate was not really knowledgeable about all the variety of small wallets they have (he only showed me 3 when there are actually 4). I would come back again only because this store seems to have the largest selection of goods.”
