“I basically scheduled my NYC trip to visit 3 Chanel boutiques in the city + the Chanel outlet in Woodbury. they have better & more bag & fashion accessory collection than one on 5th ave (their flagship). A guy SA helped me out although he’s not very helpful at all. I told him im interested in accessories – he didn’t offer me (with enthusiasm) any other items I maybe interested in based on the things I’m looking for. They do NOT volunteer any information. And it’s not like they were busy, I went there on a Wednesday and I’m the only person in the boutique. I bought 3 items, i felt great! So 4 for the store overall, 1 for the service.”
