I am writing this complaint letter to bring your kind attention to my dining experience at your esteemed restaurant. Yesterday I came in with my family to celebrate my son’s birthday.

The ambiance was nice, though all the workers there were strongly following covid-19 protocols, and those were the reasons we stood there and did not leave until we had our food. We could have a better experience if the food quality matched the environment.
