What’s sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Your sleep score helps you understand your sleep each night so you can see trends in your sleep patterns. Studies show getting enough high-quality sleep can positively affect your energy, activity, mood, weight, and more (source).

Your overall nightly sleep score is based on your heart rate, the time you spend awake or restless, and your sleep stages.
