Failed to deliver goods for Christmas took over 6 weeks

Failed to deliver goods ordered in November in time for Christmas. Despite numerous contacts with their “help” desk and guarantee on several occasions and to “not worry” that my goods would arrive before Christmas, to then receive an email (which went to junk) on the 23rd of December that they would not be delivering in time. Adidas offered a 30% discount on my next order as compensation. Had to go out and run around on Christmas Eve to find all new presents for my kids. Their customer service is appalling and insulting, they just lie to get you off the call or chat
