Items that are received that are not accepted must be sent back within 30 days of invoice date and we will promptly refund your money or exchange for another iem. RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON WORN FOOTWEAR AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED EVEN IF THE SHOES HAVE BEEN CLEANED. Please try on shoes inside (on rug, carpet or other soft/non-marking surface) to make sure shoes fit properly. ALL RETURNS MUST BE FIRST APPROVED VIA EMAIL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

  2. ALL RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS ARE HANDLED VIA EMAIL. Returns cannot be handled over the phone.
  3. Most exchanges / returns are processed within 2-3 business days. We will charge your account the shipping cost and you will receive the UPS tracking information via email once your exchange has been shipped. We do not accept COD’s or packages marked “Bill Recipient.” Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return has been issued.   4. SOCCER UNLIMITED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES IN TRANSIT FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. If you receive the incorrect item, please call (800) 834-8991 so we can check availability and send correct item out. If your exchange is out of stock or on backorder, a refund or store credit must be issued.   5. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE – Many items require special care because of high quality fabrics and leathers. If defects in the materials occur, it is usually within a 30 day period. Therefore, returns of defective items is allowed 30 days from the day of purchase.
