Alexander Wolfe Reveals The Idea Of Sanity
In 2018 Sanity was given a bigger boost as they were given a chance to sign on the main roster. Fans were really excited to see the Sanity on the main roster. But it did not work very well on the main roster. It was a big time failure which something fans did not expect at all.
In 2019, the stable was disbanded and their leader Eric Young was released from the promotion. After that, Alexander Wolfe was given another chance after he joined the newly formed NXT UK stable Imperium. He went on quite good for two long years then he was finally released from WWE contract last week.
Alexander Wolfe who is a former WWE star and a member of the disbanded stable Sanity recently spoke to the “Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling Podcast” where he talked about losing his passion due to the covid-19 pandemic and other issues. He said;
“Triple H had the idea that he wanted to have a group like the guys from ‘Smoking Aces’. He spoke about the Tremor brothers. Great movie, so if you haven’t watched it, watch the movie.”
“The Tremor brothers had a very chaotic, hitmen mercenary kind of style. They go into a house and blow it up just to kill one guy, but they stay inside the house when it gets blown up.
“So that type of persona, total lunatics. Then before we debuted, they put Nikki Cross with us together as well. So Nikki was, even before Sanity, one of our best friends. So in the end, it came all together and it went great.”
