We really wouldn’t stay anywhere else in London as we can not fault the hotel, staff or food, all are consistently excellent. As usual Giorgio ensured everything went smoothly before and on our arrival .The hotel was full last week due to the sad loss of our Queen but although they were also short staffed due to unexpected illness, the service and quality of food didn’t falter. It was good to see that the prices for the accommodation and food in the restaurant remained the same as when we came in May. This was a credit to them as we found that many places in London, including restaurants, did increase their prices during this period. Stefania looked after us with a smile as normal and her customer care is exceptional. The difference we have found with this hotel is that the staff really do work as a team and they genuinely want all guests to have the best time on every visit. We know if we need anything or any help, that they will always be there which is priceless. We saw that they had updated the menu again so breakfast was fun trying the new additions, you really cant fault this hotel or the staff in any way. They are always striving to enhance a customer stay and the excellent reviews that they have consistently on Trip Advisor reflect this attitude. The transport links with the bus and underground are excellent so we cant recommend this hotel highly enough as others have before us. So it only remains for us to say we really hope we will be able to return in October and December as planned. Book this hotel as if not, you are missing a priceless gem
