Burberry Brit Rhythm Floral Eau de Toilette Review
Hello IMBBians,
I have a strong love for perfumes. Burberry Brit was one of first perfumes that I had used and then switched to strong musky fragrances. I spotted this in Sephora, Paris almost 3 months ago and I wanted to own it, but time constraints foiled the plan. I finally found it in a local store here and got my hands on this beauty. So, today’s review is going to be on Burberry Brit Rhythm for Her EDT. Read on to know more about this perfume.
Price and Quantity:

My Experience with Burberry Brit Rhythm Floral Eau de Toilette:
This perfume comes in a sealed white cardboard package. The outer packaging is pretty simple and has product-related information like ingredients list on its back. The design of the bottle wins my heart. The blush pink, textured bottle is what attracted me to the perfume. The glass bottle is a bit heavy. It has a silver nozzle which has the name of the EDT mentioned, with a transparent plastic square cap that closes with a click. The EDT has rhombus and vertical ridges. The square package is amazing and easy to place!
The nozzle dispenses the liquid with force and enough product gets sprayed and just 2-3 pumps is more than enough for a good smell! The perfume is clear and doesn’t cause any irritation on the skin. It doesn’t stain clothes either.
Burberry Brit Rhythm is a feminine perfume. It is the first perfume from the house of Burberry that has lavender as one of its top notes. The perfume was designed by perfumers Antoine Maisondieu and Nathalie Gracia-Cetto. Brit Rhythm is one of the most unique fragrances that I have ever tried. I picked it up initially thinking it would be a floral paradise fragrance but it hardly smells floral! The perfume is strong and stands out among the rest! The top notes of the perfume are English Lavender, Pink Pepper and Neroli. The middle notes are Orris absolute, Blackberry leaf, Orange flower. The base notes are Vetiver, Musk and Woods.
It is sweet and spicy. One of the strongest notes present is English Lavender, it stays throughout but this one smells nothing like an aroma essential oil. It is intense and builds the fragrance around it. With the first spray, neroli hits in right away with its spicy, metallic, green scent . It can give a different impression to the perfume. I do not like this spicy note as it is very strong. It stays for around 10 minutes and then settles to a floral version. With the domination of lavender, the perfume then settles into an orange-y fresh fragrance. It is citrusy, refreshing and has some hints of peony. The product settles down finally with an amber-musk like fragrance with some lavender floral notes. Lavender claims its spot throughout the wear of the perfume. The perfume has a very similar smell to Love Chloe which is also designed by same perfumer. I picked the product thinking it could be a perfect summer fragrance, but it is apt for every weather! It is refreshing for summers, it lifts up your mood with its floral fragrance in winters. Since it is an EDT, the longevity is pretty low. It stays for around 3 hours on my skin and then fades away. I need a reapplication every 4 hours to have the fragrance going! It doesn’t leave any trail behind after the hours.
The perfume is classy and elegant. The bottle makes my shelf look very luxurious. The perfume is not something I would wear to a dinner or a big party. It could be more of a causal outing or office perfume, and not meant for special days. Burberry Rhythm for Him is very good compared to the “Her” version and has a higher longevity. If you are looking for “couple fragrances,” this could be one of the choices.
