Burberry is making a move on Hong Kong. The brand recently celebrated the opening of its 20,000 square foot flagship store in Hong Kong’s Pacific Place shopping centre. The store is across two levels. Behind a checkered crystal façade, the concept store unites the digital and physical worlds much like the brand’s 26,000 square foot London location on Regent Street.

For the second quarter of 2012, the top British luxury label published strong results for Hong Kong, despite a decline in sales in China. Optimistic Burberry CEO Angela Ahrendts recently told Bloomberg TV that Burberry would be opening more stores in Asia as soon as the market was ready. Hong Kong is very well versed on Burberry, with no less than 18 stores already open.
