I am here to share about another lip smacking shade from Burberry ‘Full Kisses’ collection. I didn’t find anything special or unique in this lipstick as we do get similar features in any low-end or high-end creamy lipstick. My Experience with Burberry Rosewood 533 Full Kisses:

Burberry launched its new creamy lipsticks range in this unique retractable metallic pen packaging, with signature Burberry patterns and looks. The lipstick does have a mild fragrance which adds a luxurious touch to this luxurious product. Overall, I like their simple yet stylish and classy packaging; the packaging could have been a bit more user-friendly, though. This retractable mechanism can create a bit of mess.

My shade “Rosewood No. 533” is defined as a muted mauve shade which comes up as a peachy neutral-mauve on my skin tone. I find it suitable for fair, light and pale skin tones, considering it does not wash out my skin tone. Texture wise, I like it for being moderately hydrating and creamy; it maintains a lightweight, smooth and flawless finish throughout the wear time. Still, there is nothing unique about it as we get this texture in many other brands too. However, I do like its unique pen packaging and the angled tip; this shape gives precise lining and contouring effect to the lips which, in turn, saves a lot of efforts.

It does provide some plumping effect and a flush of hydration as I feel pretty comfortable, and my lips remain soft and supple for several hours. I am not surprised to see that Burberry lipsticks provide decent coverage with multiple swipes without sitting into the lip lines. This lipstick too forgives light-medium level lip pigmentation. The lipstick stays on for good 5-6 hours on my lips with mild transferring and fading with a small tea or coffee break. Yet, it manages to stay put for several hours.

I like how it never aggravates or accentuates my normal-dry lips further. It does not emphasize or sit into the lip lines either. I just feel that since Burberry is a class apart, we expect something more and unique from it. If you are also like me and want to own each and every brand then you can try two-three shades from this range. I mean, you might not like to own the whole range and just a few of your favorite shades can make you happy. Personally, I won’t get it again as I am good with 3 shades, and now would like to try out some other brand.
