All orders with Lagos delivery address qualify for Free delivery shipping.

Your orders are generally dispatched 1 working day after order is placed, processed and payment received (if bank transfer is chosen as payment option).

Order Placed before 12pm within Lagos would delivered next business day.

Order placed within Lagos would be delivered 1 working day after dispatched and orders for other States would normally take 3 – 5 working days depending on the state.

Please ensure you have your phone with you once your order has been marked as shipped as this would allow our courier to contact you.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, as shipping fees will apply to each order if placed separately.

Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please return unopened and unused item in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund. Please enclose a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are making the return.

Please note we do not refund any shipping / postage cost you may have been charged. You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the items. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
