Worst customer experience EVER!!!

Having quickly scanned the other reviews below i can see i am not experiencing an uncommon issue…that issue being that Calvin Klein UK are a joke of a company. You would think a company of their size would have better trained staff and deal with their customers better.
Having made an order in week commencing 21st November…it has now been a month since that order was made and i am still sat here without my items, having paid for them over a month ago!!! Outrageous!
Having spoken to customer support on numerous occasions about this, they are full of excuses and NO solutions! It is the fault of black friday, royal mail strikes….everyone/thing apart from themselves. Whehn i asked for a solution (either a refund or re-sending me the items), i was told NO…you just have to wait for the items to be delivered (despite them having been clearly lost in delivery, as there has been no update on their status since 7th December (over 2 weeks ago).
Absolutely shocking behaviour by a brand you would no expect it from. If i was you i would order from elsewhere!
