Who is it for?

  • For anyone struggling with pigmentation, dark spots or an overall dull complexion.
  • Sensitive skin types be wary.

Is there a cheaper alternative?

No. This is a fantastic serum for pigmentation at an affordable price point. I have not found another serum that performs as well as this and believe me when I say, I have tried a lot of serums!

Is it worth the money?

Absolutely.

What do we think?

This is a bloody good serum and I can see why everyone raves about it. Although I do have a couple of gripes.

I have used other serums in the past specifically for pigmentation and brightening purposes that worked well but were absolutely not in the same league as this one.

Not only does the Caudalie Vinoperfect serum work, but it works fast!

I had some pigmentation marks around my mouth and on my jawline which this removed in around 3 days!

In addition, I had quite a large amount of pigmentation on my collarbone. After applying this serum, that pigmentation has also gone.

However …………………

Firstly it contains fragrance. I wish Caudalie would not put fragrance in their products. Fragrance as I am sure you know can be highly irritating.

Also, I found the Vinoperfect to be quite heavy on my skin. It did not really sink in that well and left behind a slightly greasy residue.

That being said, I found the perfect way to use it.

Rather than slathering this product all over my face, I use it to target specific areas. I use a tiny amount on the areas that need it. This way I am avoiding the greasy sheen. It’s not a good look!

This application method has really been working for me and used this way I have been enjoying the Caudalie Vinoperfect serum. I have also definitely been enjoying the results!

Therefore, even though this serum does not tick all of my boxes, for anyone suffering from pigmentation, I highly recommend it.
