Certificate of Origin (CO) and Certificate of Quality (CQ) of Azure Kinect DK – Microsoft Q&A

I would like to know information regarding CO / CQ of Azure Kinect DK product (Certificate of Origin; Certificate of Quality)

Case:

• We’re a software company from Vietnam, currently interested in Azure Kinect DK product
• Because this product is only exported directly to the US, the UK, Germany, China and Japan, we’re planning to import from these countries

Question

• If we import the product from above supported regions (e.g: the US), can we obtain the CO / CQ from suppliers in those regions (as I understand the CO / CQ is only one, provided by Microsoft and unchangeable during the whole process)
• If yes, can we require suppliers to provide your CO/CQ?
• If no, do you have any support to provide us sample of your CO/CQ?
