A music source told The Sun: ‘Dua and Paul had a really good time together but things just didn’t work out.
‘The break-up has brought back memories of Isaac, who she split with this time last year.
‘She has been messaging him again but she has been out of the country for the last few weeks so they haven’t seen each other.’
Dua started dating Paul last summer after meeting him at the British Summertime Festival, having split from ex Isaac that February.

At the beginning of the month Dua was forced to apologise for using the N-word in her 2014 cover of Mila J’s song Smoke, Drink, Break-Up.
The New Rules hitmaker belted out the rapper’s lyrics ‘You swear to god you ain’t f***ing with a n****’.
Singer Dua admitted she should never have ‘gone there’ when she made a public apology for using the racist slur in the recording of her song.
‘In relation to my 2014 cover I never meant to offend or upset anyone,’ she addressed her fans on Twitter.
‘I didn’t say the full word but I can admit I shouldn’t have gone there at all and that a different word could’ve been record altogether to avoid offence and confusion.’ (sic)

The Hotter Than Hell hitmaker explained her songs are meant to empowerment in a interview with Fashion magazine earlier in January.
‘Getting up and performing my songs, I do feel very confident. But a lot of the songs come from a place that lacks that.
‘Something I always wanted was a way to portray confidence in my music—trying to make myself feel better in certain situations.
‘Like after someone didn’t think I was good enough, I wrote ‘Hotter Than Hell’, which made it seem like he couldn’t get enough of me. I guess that makes me feel empowered.’
