Fresh cucumber and peppery woods
Here I was raving on about Polo Blue for having such a lovely cucumber note for about a week, when low and behold there was an even nicer interpretation of cucumber just around the corner.
Eternity Aqua has some similarities to its original, however this fragrance is much fresher, more oceanic and a touch more modern.
I’ve really been enjoying Eternity Aqua for the few hours I’ve known it. It opens with lovely crisp and slightly sweet melon and citrus, with a hint of salty sea water. As it begins to develop, Eternity Aqua has a slight spiciness, mainly brought about by the lavender and pepper.
Summer is not far away for me, and seeming that I’m craving the beach these days, Eternity Aqua only excites me more for the coming months. There’s nothing sexier than a man that smells fresh and enticing on a hot Summer’s day.
In the base there is a likable woodsy earthiness, classing this fragrance as a bit of a woody aquatic. I was very much excited about this relatively new release, yet unfortunately like many reviewers have already mentioned, the lasting power is fairly poor.
Because this is such a sexy, refreshing and masculine fragrance I will continue to rave about it, however I’ll be interested to see for how long it can hold my attention.
